R&R Management is in the business of acquiring, selling, renovating and managing properties for its portfolio and clients. By reinvesting capital and utilizing government subsidies i.e. tax credit and tax deduction. Also direct improvements via state run weatherization programs (windows, doors, boiler system, roofing, etc.) and Energy improvement i.e. (solar). R&R Management manages either Commercial and Residential properties weather short or long terms, full property development from inception to completion, tenant’s searches and packages proprieties for new owners. R&R Management will continue to manage previous acquire own properties and will offer existing owner the option to repurchase upon selling. Future development includes offshore property for investment and reinvestment.
